Job Summary: We are hiring an experienced Head Chef for a premium cafe in Bengaluru. You will be responsible for leading kitchen operations, managing stock, and delivering high-quality cafe-style food.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in progressive kitchen roles (CDP, Sous Chef, or Head Chef).
- Skills: Expertise in Continental/cafe cuisine.
- Responsibilities: Manage daily kitchen operations, guide junior staff, control inventory, and minimize food wastage.
- Standards: Strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and presentation guidelines.
- Note: Candidates must be comfortable working within the strict ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 monthly budget based on experience and trail
