Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, driving sales, maintaining inventory, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations.
- Achieve sales targets and support the team in meeting business goals.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor store staff performance.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, and merchandise displays.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.




- Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and company standards.
- Train new employees and support staff development.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, stock, and team performance.
- Ensure company policies and SOPs are followed.
- Requirements2–5 years of experience in retail/store operations.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
