Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager for our interior design company. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for residential and commercial interior projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
l Identify and develop new business opportunities for residential and commercial interior design projects.
l Generate qualified leads through networking, references, site visits, and marketing activities.
l Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions to understand requirements.
l Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
l Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
l Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and corporate clients.
l Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients and convert leads into projects.
l Update and maintain sales pipeline and CRM records.
l Provide market insights,
competitor analysis, and business growth strategies.
l Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to project closure.
Requirements:
l Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
l 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in interior design, construction, or real estate industry.
l Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
l Experience in client acquisition and project closures.
l Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits when required.
