### Job Summary

We are looking for an **Accounts & Taxation Executive** to handle accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial statements, and banking-related financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of **GST, ITR filing, accounting, balance sheet preparation, stock statements, and company formation/compliance**.

### Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and file **Income Tax Returns (ITR)** for individuals, firms, companies, and other entities.

* Handle **GST registration, GST return filing, reconciliation, and related compliance**.

* Assist clients with **company, LLP, partnership, and proprietorship formation** and related documentation.

* Prepare **Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet**.

* Prepare **monthly/quarterly stock statements** for bank finance and working capital facilities.

* Prepare and maintain **debtors, creditors, stock, and other financial statements** required by banks.

* Assist in preparing **CMA Data, financial projections, and loan-related financial documents**.

* Handle **TDS and other applicable statutory compliances**.





* Review financial records and identify accounting discrepancies or compliance issues.

* Coordinate with **CA, clients, banks, and government/statutory authorities** when required.

* Maintain proper records of **GST returns, ITRs, financial statements, registrations, and other compliance documents**.

* Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting and taxation work.

* Support the team in preparing **bank-ready financial and project documentation**.

### Required Qualifications

* CA Inter, CA Final, CA Article or equivalent qualification.

* **1–3 years of relevant experience** in Accounts & Taxation preferred.

* Good knowledge of **GST, ITR, TDS, accounting, and financial statements**.

* Practical knowledge of **Balance Sheet, P&L;, Stock Statements, and CMA Data** is preferred.

* Knowledge of **Tally/ERP and MS Excel**.

* Positive analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

* Good communication and client-handling skills.
