About the Role

We are looking for a confident, persuasive and target-driven Business Development / Sales Consultant who can communicate effectively with potential clients, understand their requirements, handle objections and close sales independently.

This is a sales and client-conversion role — we are looking for people who can build trust, influence decisions and turn leads into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and communicate with potential customers through calls and meetings.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.

Clearly explain our services, pricing, process and benefits.

Handle customer questions, doubts and objections professionally.

Negotiate and persuade customers to make informed decisions.

Follow up consistently with interested leads.

Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Take day-to-day sales decisions independently within company guidelines.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.





Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Confident and engaging personality.

Strong negotiation and objection-handling ability.

Ability to think quickly and make decisions.

Strong sales and closing mindset.

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Hindi communication is essential; good English communication is an advantage.

Previous sales, business development, tele-sales or customer-facing experience is preferred.
