Job description:

Key Responsibilities

· Business Development: Identify and pursue recent clients in manufacturing, retail, and trading sectors.

· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with customers, ensuring repeat business.

· Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals through proactive sales strategies.

· Solution Selling: Provide tailored freight forwarding solutions (air, sea, road, customs clearance).

· Pricing & Negotiation: Prepare quotations, negotiate rates with carriers, and finalize contracts.

· Market Intelligence: Research competitive trends and provide insights to management.

· Cross-functional Coordination:



Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.

· Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Logistics preferred.

· Experience: 3–5 years in freight forwarding / logistics sales (sea freight focus).

Skills:

. Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and shipping documentation.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
