*Position:* Social Media Executive

*Location:* C-Scheme, Jaipur

*Working Days:* Monday – Saturday (2nd & 3rd Saturday Off)

*Salary:* ₹ 15,000 to 25,000 ₹ (Based on Experience)

*About the Role*

We are looking for a creative, result-oriented, and experienced Social Media Executive who can manage and grow our brand presence across multiple social media platforms. The candidate should have strong communication skills, content planning abilities, and hands-on experience in executing successful social media campaigns.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Handle and manage all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.

* Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content regularly.

* Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

* Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content execution.

* Write creative captions, reels concepts, scripts, and promotional content.

* Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.

* Run and optimize paid social media campaigns when required.

* Analyze social media insights and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

* Manage comments, messages,



and audience engagement professionally.

* Collaborate with influencers and creators for brand promotions.

* Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital platforms.

*Required Skills*

* Strong knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms.

* Good understanding of content marketing and branding.

* Excellent English communication and writing skills.

* Creative mindset with solid content ideas.

* Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and social media analytics tools.

* Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools will be an advantage.

* Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

*Eligibility Criteria*

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.

* Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing.

* Prior agency or corporate experience preferred.
