Mahesh Manglesh Plastics Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Telesales Caller and Relationship Manager for its Old Faridabad office.

Role:

- Call prospective and existing customers by phone, WhatsApp and email.

- Understand requirements and explain suitable plastic raw materials.

- Follow up on enquiries and quotations to convert opportunities into orders.

- Build long-term customer relationships and grow repeat business.

- Coordinate internally on pricing, stock, samples, dispatch and documentation.

- Maintain organised customer records and follow-up schedules.

Requirements:

- Solid spoken English and Hindi.

- Confident telephone communication, listening and persuasion skills.

- Basic computer, email, Excel and WhatsApp skills.

- Telesales, inside-sales or B2B experience preferred; plastics or industrial-products experience is an advantage.
