Job Purpose To accurately enter, manage, and maintain data in the company systems (CRM, Dashboard, Excel), while ensuring regular follow-ups with team members to keep data updated, correct, and complete. Key Responsibilities 1. Data Entry & Management ● Enter data into CRM, dashboards, and Excel sheets ● Update student, sales, and operational data regularly ● Maintain accuracy and completeness in all records ● Organize and manage digital data properly 2. Data Verification & Accuracy ● Check data for errors and correct mistakes ● Cross-verify entries with team members if required ● Ensure all data is updated on time 3. Follow-ups (MOST IMPORTANT) ● Regularly follow up with team members to collect pending data ● Ensure no missing or incomplete entries ● Coordinate with departments to keep records updated 4. Reporting Support ● Assist in preparing basic reports from data ● Share required data with management when needed ● Maintain proper records for easy access 5. Coordination with Team ● Work closely with Sales, Teaching,
