Branch Manager | Warsi Meat Bazaar

Warsi Meat Bazaar is looking for an experienced and responsible Branch Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our retail meat outlet in Lucknow.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the branch.

Supervise, manage and motivate store staff.

Handle daily sales, billing and cash management.

Monitor stock, inventory and product availability.

Ensure proper quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained.

Manage customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.

Monitor daily sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain proper stock and sales records.

Ensure proper opening and closing of the store.

Control wastage, stock discrepancies and operational expenses.

Assign duties to staff and maintain discipline and punctuality.

Coordinate with the owner/management regarding sales, stock and branch performance.





Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the outlet.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail / Store Management / Food Retail / Restaurant Operations.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Ability to manage a team independently.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain daily reports.

Robust sales and operational management skills.

Honest, responsible and disciplined.

Willing to work full-time from the store in Lucknow.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 fixed + performance-based incentives.

Additional incentives may be provided based on performance.

No joining fee or deposit is required.
