Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment and Onboarding: Run end-to-end hiring, from posting jobs and screening resumes to conducting interviews and coordinating onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Handle staff grievances, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Payroll and Benefits: Coordinate payroll inputs, track attendance and leave, and assist with compensation and benefits administration.
- Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and help draft or update internal company policies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate personnel files and update database systems like HRIS or ATS.
- Performance Management: Support performance appraisal cycles and coordinate training or development initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of prior work experience in a generalist or core HR role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and MS Office.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, active listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
