About StaaySocialStaaySocial is a premium stay and accommodation property in Wagholi, Pune, focused on providing guests with a comfortable, clean, safe and welcoming stay experience.

We are looking for a smart, confident and well-presented female Property Manager who can take ownership of the day-to-day guest experience and property operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Management

- Welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
- Communicate with guests through phone, WhatsApp and other booking platforms.
- Handle guest queries, requests and complaints professionally.
- Maintain excellent relationships with guests and encourage positive reviews.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert enquiries into bookings.

Property Management

- Ensure rooms and common areas are clean, well-maintained and guest-ready.
- Conduct regular property inspections.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other service providers.
- Ensure linen, toiletries and other guest essentials are adequately stocked.
- Identify and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hospitality.

Booking & Enquiry Management

- Respond quickly to booking enquiries.
- Maintain the property booking calendar and occupancy information.
- Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, extensions and cancellations.
- Follow up on leads generated through Google, WhatsApp, social media and other channels.




- Assist in improving occupancy and revenue through effective enquiry handling.

Daily Operations

- Maintain daily operational records.
- Coordinate staff schedules and work allocation.
- Monitor housekeeping quality.
- Handle payments and basic billing/reconciliation when required.
- Ensure property rules and operating procedures are followed.

Candidate ProfileWe are looking for someone who is:

- Female, confident and presentable
- Friendly, polite and naturally hospitable
- Excellent at communicating with guests
- Comfortable speaking English, Hindi and Marathi
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, smartphones and basic computer applications
- Good at handling difficult situations calmly
- Organised, responsible and able to work independently
- Proactive and willing to take ownership rather than simply follow instructions
- Comfortable coordinating housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Able to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays when required
