Associate Customer Support – Voice | Hyderabad

Salary: ₹2.4 LPA (Fresher) | ₹2.6 LPA (6M+) | ₹2.8 LPA (1Y+)

Qualification: UG/Graduate – Any Discipline

Languages: English & Hindi Mandatory | Kannada/Tamil/Malayalam Preferred

SVAR Score: 48+

Responsibilities: Inbound & outbound calls, customer query resolution, and maintaining process/production standards.

Shift: Male – 24/7 Rotational | Female – Rotational Day Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days + 2 Rotational Offs

Employment: Permanent

Location: DivyaSree Omega Building, Block C, 1st Floor, Tech Mahindra Ltd.

Selection Process: HR Screening → SVAR Assessment → Ops Round → Final HR → Document Verification → Offer Letter.
