Job RoleWe are looking for energetic, confident and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives who can generate business through field visits, direct marketing and client acquisition.

The primary responsibility will be to visit targeted areas/markets, approach potential customers or clients, explain our products/services and convert opportunities into admissions or business for SSG Pvt. Ltd. and its various units.

- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular field visits to targeted areas and markets.
- Identify and approach potential customers, parents, businesses and clients.
- Generate new leads and convert them into admissions or business opportunities.
- Promote the products and services of different SSG Pvt. Ltd. units.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients and customers.
- Follow up with leads and ensure successful conversion.
- Submit regular field visit and sales reports.

Example: School Admission CampaignUnder THE STALWART SUCCESS PARTNER, we conduct targeted School Admission Drives for schools.

The Sales & Marketing Executive will:

- Visit targeted localities and residential areas.
- Conduct door-to-door visits and interact with parents.
- Explain the school's facilities, education, admission process and benefits.
- Convince interested parents to visit the school.




- Follow up with prospective parents.
- Convert leads into successful school admissions.

Business Development for SSG Pvt. Ltd.For SSG Pvt. Ltd. and its other business units, executives will visit targeted markets and businesses to:

- Find potential clients.
- Present relevant products/services.
- Generate new business leads.
- Negotiate and coordinate with prospective clients.
- Convert leads into confirmed business.

Training & SupportNo prior experience is mandatory for the right candidate.

After joining, the selected candidate will receive proper training regarding:
