Position Overview:
We are seeking Experienced motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Debt Collection Officer.
This position is open to both freshers and expereienced Debt collectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to follow up on overdue accounts.
- Ability to converse in meetings with senior management
- Skip tracing and locate clients when required.
- Prepare regular reports on collection activities and strive to meet and exceed targets to qualify for performance-based bonuses.
- Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and repayment terms while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications, payments, and agreements.
- Build positive relationships with customers to encourage timely payments and avoid future delinquencies.
- Monitor and update account status regularly in the system.

Qualifications:
- Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is essential. Knowledge of additioanl languages such as Malayalam or Tamil is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and Proficient in learning new computer applications
