E-Commerce Manager – Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage and handle our online sales operations across multiple marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.

The candidate should have prior experience in managing seller accounts on platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, Reliance, and other online marketplaces.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and operate our existing seller accounts across Flipkart, Amazon, Reliance, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Handle complete marketplace account management and daily operations.
- Manage product listings, including uploading products, updating descriptions, prices, images, and other details.
- Monitor and manage inventory and stock levels across all platforms.
- Coordinate stock updates to avoid overselling or out-of-stock situations.
- Manage orders, returns, cancellations, and related marketplace operations.
- Monitor account performance, sales, and marketplace metrics.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams whenever required.
- Handle promotions, offers, discounts,



and other sales activities on different platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and overall account performance.
- Prepare regular sales, stock, and performance reports.
- Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience in E-Commerce Marketplace Management is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Reliance and other e-commerce platforms.
- Valuable knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Experience in product listing and catalogue management.
- Ability to manage multiple e-commerce platforms simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of Excel and reporting will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Note: Our accounts on the required e-commerce platforms are already created and operational. We are looking for an experienced candidate who can efficiently manage the complete day-to-day operations, inventory, listings, orders, and overall performance of these accounts.
