Job SummaryThe Field Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating household staff across multiple assigned locations. The role requires regular field visits, staff monitoring, training, attendance management, and ensuring that service standards are maintained.

This position involves travelling between assigned households and handling day-to-day operational issues on the ground.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage 3–5 assigned household staff members.
- Conduct regular visits to assigned households.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance of staff.
- Train new staff members on company standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate staff schedules and replacements when required.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues at client locations.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and management.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure service standards are maintained.
- Submit daily reports on staff performance, attendance, and site visits.
- Assist in onboarding and field training of recent staff members.
- Escalate concerns, complaints, or operational issues to management promptly.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle people and resolve issues professionally.




- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Maps, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to work in the field.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Prior experience in supervision, operations, customer service, staffing, or field coordination is preferred.
- Fresh candidates with strong communication and coordination skills may also apply.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Must be comfortable travelling across Nagpur for work.
