About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Admission Counselors to join our team. As an Admission Counselor, you will connect with prospective students, understand their career goals, explain suitable courses, and guide them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand students' requirements, interests, and career goals.
- Explain course details, benefits, fees, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and help them choose the right program.
- Follow up with interested students and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned admission and sales targets.




- Build strong relationships with students and ensure a smooth admission experience.

Requirements

- Freshers only candidates with 01 year of experience.
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with calling and sales-oriented conversations.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is an advantage.
