Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage customer leads through various channels.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Explain loan features, eligibility, documentation, and application processes.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospective customers to achieve sales conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Preferred)
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in BFSI, Banking, Loan Sales, Financial Services, or Telecalling is an added advantage.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
