HR ExecutiveDepartment: Human ResourcesReports To: HR Manager / Head of HRJob SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, documentation, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases.Handle attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.Assist with payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts/payroll team.Address employee queries and support employee relations activities.Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company rules.Coordinate performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.Handle employee joining and exit formalities, including documentation and clearance.Ensure HR records and processes comply with company policies and applicable labor laws.Prepare regular HR reports, including recruitment status,



employee data, attendance, and attrition reports.Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations preferred.Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes.Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.Familiarity with HRMS/payroll systems is an advantage.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Valuable interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.Organizational and time-management skills.Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Ability to handle confidential information professionally.Attention to detail and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred: Experience in high-volume recruitment, hospitality, travel, cruise, or service industries can be an added advantage.
