- Handle B2B sales through calls, WhatsApp & online channels.
- Manage tele-sales and chat sales with retailers/dealers.
- Generate leads and follow up with existing customers.
- Handle customer queries and convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain customer data and sales follow-ups.
Required Skills:
- Good computer & internet browsing knowledge
- Valuable communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel & online tools
- Experience in B2B sales / tele-sales preferred
