Salary: ₹15,000/month during 6-month training → ₹18,000–₹20,000/month after successful completion of training

About the Role

KUMON Learning Centre, Bellandur, is looking for a warm, responsible and organised Teaching & Centre Assistant to support students and help ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre.

This is a student-facing role involving regular interaction with children, classroom support, checking student work, maintaining records and assisting with routine centre operations.

Freshers are welcome. No prior teaching experience is required. Structured training and ongoing guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Student & Classroom Support -

- Welcome students and parents and help maintain a warm, positive learning workplace.
- Support students during their learning sessions and encourage them to follow centre routines and work independently.
- Prepare worksheets and learning materials.
- Check and mark student work and maintain accurate student records.
- Support students with routine learning-related queries and refer academic matters to the Instructor.

Centre Administration -

- Maintain attendance, student records and basic centre documentation.




- Handle routine parent communication, queries and scheduling.
- Enter and maintain information using Excel/Google Sheets, email and other basic computer tools.
- Monitor worksheets, stationery and centre supplies and support timely replenishment.
- Help keep the centre organised, clean and class-ready.
- Assist with student activities, celebrations and centre events.

What We’re Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is:

- Warm, patient and comfortable working with children.
- Responsible, dependable and organised.
- Attentive to detail and able to maintain accurate records.
- Comfortable communicating in spoken and written English.
- Comfortable with basic Maths and English.
- Comfortable using computers, email and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
- Willing to learn, take responsibility and work as part of a small team.

Prior experience in education, tutoring, childcare or customer service is an advantage, but not required.
