Job Title: Personal Loan Tele calling Sales Executive

Location: Jayanagar 9th Block near Ragigudda Bus stop

Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele calling Sales Executive to promote and sell personal loans over the phone. The candidate will contact potential customers, understand their financial requirements, explain loan products, and guide them through the loan application process to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

- Explain personal loan products, interest rates, eligibility, and perks.

- Generate qualified leads and convert them into loan applications.

- Follow up with customers until the loan process is completed.

- Collect and verify required customer documents.

- Coordinate with the operations and credit teams for smooth processing.





- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Meet daily calling targets and monthly sales goals.

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

- Minimum: 12th Pass or Graduate.

- Experience in tele calling, banking, NBFC, or financial sales is preferred.

Salary
