Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented professional with experience in Life Insurance Agency Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing insurance advisors while driving business growth through agency sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard recent insurance advisors/agents.
- Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.
- Generate life insurance business through the agency channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, field visits, and performance reviews.
- Support advisors during customer meetings and policy closures.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency network.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure policy persistency.
