​Inquiry Follow-ups: Call prospective residents or parents who express interest, answer queries regarding fees, amenities, room sharing options, and house rules.

​Hostel Tours & Onboarding: Host walk-in visits, explain facilities, coordinate room allocation, and complete check-in paperwork and identity verification.

​Occupancy Tracking: Maintain records of vacant vs. occupied beds and report conversion updates to management.

​Discipline, Safety & Resident Welfare

​Rule Enforcement: Implement curfew hours, visitor restrictions, and hostel policies regarding noise, substance use, and common area usage.

​Attendance & Gate Registers: Supervise daily roll calls, night curfews, in/out logs, and leave approval permissions from parents or guardians.

​Conflict Resolution: Address interpersonal disputes among residents and maintain a protected, peaceful, and study-friendly atmosphere.

​Emergency Response: Act as the first point of contact for medical emergencies, first aid, or urgent parent communications.

​Housekeeping & Facility Maintenance

​Daily Cleanliness Audits:



Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure rooms, corridors, washrooms, dining areas, and kitchens are cleaned thoroughly on schedule.

​Waste Management & Hygiene: Ensure regular trash disposal, pest control schedules, and sanitary waste handling across all floors.

​Asset & Maintenance Checks: Inspect electrical fittings, plumbing, Wi-Fi routers, water purifiers, and geysers; log repair tickets and coordinate with maintenance technicians.

​Inventory Oversight: Track supplies of cleaning chemicals, toiletries, linen (if provided), and spare hardware.

​Administration & Reporting

​Complaint Log Management: Maintain a daily register of resident complaints and ensure timely resolution.

​Mess & Food Quality (if applicable): Inspect food quality, kitchen hygiene, and dining schedules.

​Management Reporting: Submit weekly/monthly summaries of occupancy rates, discipline incidents, maintenance costs, and housekeeping performance. And so on
