? WE ARE HIRING – FEMALE TELECALLER

We are looking for a female Telecaller to recruit LIC Insurance Advisors through telecalling and field recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact prospective candidates through phone calls

- Explain the Insurance Advisor chance clearly

- Follow up with interested candidates and schedule interviews

- Maintain daily call and candidate follow-up records

- Occasionally accompany the Development Officer for field recruitment activities, such as pamphlet distribution and lead generation

Job Details:

- Salary: ₹7,000–₹10,000 per month

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM ( Hybrid) Sometimes work from home sometimes work from office

- Office Location: Parrys Corner, Chennai

- Requirement: Female candidates only

- Good communication and follow-up skills

- Willingness to participate in occasional field activities

Important: The Telecaller position offers a fixed monthly salary.
