About the RoleWe are looking for a Telecaller-Cum-Counselor for our Moga outlet. The candidate will be responsible for both telecalling and student counseling, handling leads, follow-ups, and converting prospective students into enrollments.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective students and leads.
- Counsel students regarding our stock market courses and programs.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads.
- Handle walk-ins and provide proper course counseling.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Coordinate with the team to achieve monthly sales/enrollment targets.
- Ensure a positive student experience throughout the counseling process.
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with both telecalling and face-to-face counseling.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, sales, or education will be preferred.
