Job Summary : National Dental Care is looking for a responsible and alert CCTV Monitoring Executive to monitor CCTV cameras across 10+ dental clinics from the corporate office. The role involves continuously monitoring clinic activities, identifying unusual incidents or security concerns, maintaining daily monitoring reports, and promptly reporting observations to the Manager.

The ideal candidate should have robust observation skills, attention to detail, good communication abilities, and the ability to remain alert during extended monitoring periods.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor live CCTV feeds from 10+ National Dental Care clinics from the corporate office.
- Ensure regular and continuous monitoring of clinic premises during assigned shifts.
- Identify and report unusual activities, security concerns, unauthorized access, or violations of company procedures.
- Monitor staff attendance, clinic opening/closing procedures, patient-area activities, and general operational compliance through CCTV, as required.
- Immediately escalate any serious incident or suspicious activity to the Reporting Manager.
- Maintain a daily CCTV monitoring report covering important observations and incidents.
- Record the clinic name, date, time, nature of incident, and action taken for significant observations.




- Review recorded CCTV footage when requested by the Manager for investigation or verification.
- Coordinate with clinic managers or staff when clarification or immediate action is required.
- Ensure CCTV systems are functioning properly and report camera/network/system issues to the concerned technical team.
- Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage and information observed during monitoring.
- Prepare daily/weekly incident summaries for management.
- Follow company policies, security procedures, and data-privacy requirements at all times.
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, security monitoring, surveillance, control room operations, or a similar role is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate CCTV monitoring software.
- Good observation and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify unusual or suspicious activities quickly.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prepare clear and accurate reports.
- Comfortable working in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
- Responsible, disciplined, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Accuracy and consistency of CCTV monitoring.
- Timely reporting and escalation of incidents.
- Quality and completeness of daily monitoring reports.
