About the Role: Esslly is looking for a creative and responsible Shopify Store Manager to manage and continuously improve our e-commerce website. The person should be comfortable handling product listings, website content, images, banners, landing pages, SEO, and the overall customer experience.

We need someone who can independently identify improvements and keep the website updated, attractive, easy to navigate, and ready to generate sales.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAdd new products to Shopify with correct titles, descriptions, prices, variants, SKUs, images, and specifications.
- Write and optimise product titles, descriptions, meta titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, and URLs for SEO.
- Organise products into the correct collections, categories, menus, and filters.
- Update homepage banners, promotional images, collection images, and other website graphics.
- Resize, crop, edit, and improve product images using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Create attractive landing pages for products, collections, advertisements, seasonal campaigns, and offers.
- Regularly review the website and suggest improvements to its layout, navigation, design, content, and customer experience.
- Ensure the website works properly on desktop and mobile devices.
- Update prices, offers, stock availability, product information, and promotional content when required.
- Check for broken links, missing images, incorrect information, formatting issues, and other website errors.
- Coordinate with the photography, marketing, inventory, and management teams to collect the required product information and content.
- Support Google and Meta advertising campaigns by preparing relevant landing pages, banners, and website content.




- Monitor basic Shopify reports such as website traffic, conversion rate, product performance, abandoned carts, and sales.
- Manage Shopify apps and coordinate with developers or external agencies when technical assistance is required.
- Research competitor websites and suggest creative ideas to improve Esslly’s online presence and sales.
- Take complete ownership of the day-to-day management and presentation of esslly.com.
- Skills RequiredPractical experience working with Shopify.
- Good understanding of product listings, collections, navigation, themes, and Shopify apps.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce SEO.
- Ability to use Canva, Photoshop, or similar image-editing tools.
- Ability to create landing pages using Shopify page builders.
- Good written English and attention to spelling, formatting, and product details.
- Creative sense for website layouts, banners, colours, and product presentation.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Google Ads, and Meta Ads will be an advantage.
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and handle different responsibilities as the business grows.

Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is proactive, creative, organised, and commercially minded. This role is suitable for someone who does not simply wait for instructions but regularly checks the website, identifies problems, suggests improvements, and takes responsibility for completing the work.

- ExperiencePrevious experience managing a Shopify or e-commerce website is preferred.
- Candidates should be able to show examples of Shopify stores, landing pages, product listings, banners, or other e-commerce work they have handled.
