We are hiring for Product Advisor

? Location: Thane (Mumbai )

? Role: Sales of Membership packages (Male Candidates Only)

? Shift: 11:00 PM 8:00 AM (Night Shift)

Compensation: 25k - 35k + Incentives + 100 night allowance per shift

? Working: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Eligibility

SSC/HSC/Graduate with minimum 6 months to 1 year of Sales Experience or upselling experience

English Hindi Communication Skills

Age: 21 - 37 years

Key Responsibilities:

Contact prospective and existing customers via phone to promote membership packages to NRI clients.

End to end membership sales

Explain membership features, advantages, pricing, and offers clearly and professionally.

Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable membership plan.





Handle customer objections and convert inquiries into successful sales.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to maximize conversions.

Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.

Process membership enrollments and ensure all required documentation is completed.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
