? Key Responsibilities

? Recruit & Manage Agency Partners: Identify, onboard, and develop new agency partners.

? Business Growth: Drive sales and revenue through the agency network.

? Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and clients.

? Training & Development: Train, guide, and motivate agency partners to achieve business targets.

? Target Achievement: Ensure monthly and quarterly business targets are consistently achieved.

? Performance Monitoring: Track agency performance and implement strategies for improvement.

? Market Development: Identify recent business opportunities and expand the agency network.

? Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the team to deliver strong business performance.

? Reporting: Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
