Key Deliverables (First 6-12 Months):
- Coordinate programme logistics, registrations, participant communication, and school engagement activities.
- Maintain programme records, databases, MIS, documentation, and reporting.
- Support scheduling of workshops, faculty sessions, bootcamps, competitions, and immersion programmes.
- Coordinate with vendors, travel partners, schools, and internal departments for programme execution.
- Assist in preparing presentations, certificates, feedback reports, and communication material.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Head and Project Manager.
