Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to briquette/pellet manufacturers to build a reliable supply base not limited to one region; may include East and South India as sourcing expands there.
- Run consistent, disciplined follow-ups with manufacturer contacts — this is the core of the role. Success depends on persistence and reliability, not complexity.
- Travel to manufacturer units to verify production capacity, fuel quality (GCV, moisture), and pricing.
- Log every manufacturer interaction, quote, and committed volume in Google Sheets accurately and same-day.
- Meet agreed sourcing targets, tracked via Walbha's internal pricing calculator — this is a core, measured part of the role.
- Support the wider sales team on B2B client coverage as capacity allows.
- Escalate pricing or capacity questions to the Sales & BD Lead rather than committing to terms outside standard guardrails.
