Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have-

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune management • Microsoft Cloud Platform (Office 365, Azure AD Premium)

- Advanced knowledge of desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10 and macOS)
- Experience in IT Desktop administration/engineering supporting 10000+ users
- Extensive experience in using SCCM / Intune Azure to centrally manage desktops systems for software deployments and patch management
- Strong analytical, leadership, problem solving, organizational, and planning skills.
- Creates, updates, and maintains documentation and standard operating procedures
- 8+ years of relevant experience working in a similar role supporting IT Systems • Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent experience

Valuable-to-Have





- Working knowledge of Group Policy design and configuration
- Working knowledge of Active Directory/LDAP user and group administration
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (AD & Azure AD Premium)
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting experience for imaging and other administration tasks
- Working knowledge of application wrapping using MDM tool (MS Intune)
