- Excellent listening skills

Roles and Responsibilities:1. Operations

1. Site Visits and Customer Care:
- Coordinating site visits for customer.
- Understand products and effectively communicate product details to customers.

- Customer Communication: Respond to customer communications regarding customizations promptly and effectively.
- Unit Inspections and Snag List Creation:

- Attend unit inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Create snag lists for every unit before handing it over to customers.

- Coordination with Departments:

- Coordinate with interdepartmental teams including Projects, APMS, and PMC to complete the work and ensure smooth execution.

- Reporting:

- Report directly to the Site Manager regarding project progress and any issues encountered during the process.
