Bajaj Finance Limited is inviting applications for the positions of Relationship Executive (RE) and Relationship Manager (RM) in the Gold Loan division.

Relationship Executive (RE) Entry Level

Relationship Manager (RM) – Experienced Candidates

Employment Type:

Full time, On-Roll with Bajaj Finance Limited

Work Nature:

This role involves a combination of branch-based operations and field activities.

Working Schedule:

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Compensation:

Salary as per industry standards

Incentives and travel allowance as per company policy

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate is mandatory

Freshers can apply for RE role

Experienced candidates can apply for RM role

Age should be below 25 years for RE role





Age should be below 30 years for RM role

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handling branch walk-in customers and providing loan solutions

Gold loan processing and basic appraisal coordination

Managing customer relationships and supporting sales activities

Assisting in documentation and loan disbursement process

Conducting field visits for customer sourcing and follow-ups

Achieving assigned business targets and ensuring service quality
