Responsible for driving sales of construction equipment through direct customers and DSA channel, while ensuring solid customer handling and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell construction equipment and generate business through customers & DSAs
- Identify, onboard, and manage DSA partners
- Handle customer requirements, queries, and provide end-to-end support
- Achieve sales/disbursement targets
- Coordinate for loan processing, documentation, and delivery
- Ensure timely collections and maintain portfolio quality
Requirements:
- Graduate (MBA/Diploma preferred)
- 15 years of relevant experience
- DSA/channel handling experience preferred
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Willing to travel
