Work as a statistician on clinical trials; producing and validating datasets and outputs to excellent quality whilst adhering to deliverable timelines. Line managing senior members of staff, contributing to management meetings and functional initiatives. Producing and reviewing Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), protocols and other pertinent study documentation. Acting as lead statistician within a reporting team environment, being responsible for statistical aspects of reporting out study results. Supporting project planning, and providing advice and solutions to resolve issues. Preparing randomisation schedules and acting as the unblinded statistician on reporting teams. Excellent team work ethos, and willingness to help others.
This role is full-time and fully-remote. The successful candidate may be based in India.

Qualifications
- Educated to PhD or MSc in Biostatistics, statistics or a related discipline
- Significant line management experience

- FSP experience is advantageous
- Experience of developing a group in India is advantageous
