We’re Hiring | Senior Manager – Business Development & Tendering

Palriwal Industries Private Limited is expanding its presence in the Power Transmission & Distribution and EPC sector , and we are looking for an experienced professional to join our Gurugram office as Senior Manager – Business Development & Tendering .

This is a key role for someone who understands the Indian power transmission and utility ecosystem and can contribute across business development, tender identification, bid preparation, commercial evaluation and customer engagement .

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and track relevant opportunities across Power Transmission, Distribution and EPC projects
- Monitor tenders from utilities, government organisations, EPC companies and other institutional customers
- Evaluate tender eligibility, commercial attractiveness, technical requirements and contractual conditions
- Coordinate preparation and timely submission of Techno-Commercial bids
- Review tender documents, BOQs, specifications, qualification criteria, payment terms, LDs, BG/PBG requirements and other commercial conditions
- Coordinate with internal teams including Technical, Commercial, Finance, Production and Management for bid preparation
- Develop relationships with utilities, EPC contractors, consultants and other key industry stakeholders
- Support pre-bid meetings, tender clarifications, negotiations and post-bid follow-ups
- Track competitor activity, upcoming projects and market developments
- Maintain a structured tender pipeline, opportunity tracker and management MIS
- Assist the leadership team in developing the company's growing EPC and Utility Business

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Approximately 8–15 years of relevant experience
- Robust experience in Business Development and/or Tendering within the Power T&D; sector




- Experience with companies involved in Transmission Lines, Substations, Conductors, Cables, EPC or Utility Projects will be highly preferred
- Good understanding of government / utility tendering processes and commercial documentation
- Familiarity with organisations such as POWERGRID, State Transmission Utilities, DISCOMs and major EPC contractors
- Ability to independently analyse tender documents and coordinate bid submissions
- Strong commercial understanding and negotiation skills
- Good communication, presentation and stakeholder-management abilities
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment where the business vertical is being actively scaled
