## Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused *Client Servicing Executive* with *2+ years of experience* in client servicing, account management, or customer success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring seamless project execution, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams.

## Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients.

* Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications.

* Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable technology and experiential solutions.

* Coordinate with internal teams including Business Development, Creative, Technology, Design, and Project Management to ensure timely project delivery.

* Conduct regular client meetings, status updates, and project reviews.

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.

* Manage client expectations and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.

* Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling.

* Prepare project briefs, meeting notes, proposals, presentations, and reports.

* Track project milestones and ensure deliverables are completed as per agreed timelines.

* Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and CRM updates.

## Required Skills & Qualifications





* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

* *2+ years of experience* in Client Servicing, Customer Success, Key Account Management, or Account Management.

* Strong understanding of customer success principles and client relationship management.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

* Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

## Preferred Skills

* Experience working in a digital agency, experiential marketing agency, or technology solutions company.

* Understanding of digital technologies such as AR/VR, AI, web development, mobile applications, or interactive experiences.

* Experience in managing enterprise or corporate clients.

* Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is an added advantage.
