- Keep record of all vendor documents and contracts
- Maintain Vendor allocation Matrix

Cost control in current and renovation stores

- Should be able to generate Cost sheets, BOQs and Capex
- Should have fair knowledge on Services (HVAC, Lighting, Electrical, Fire - Safety etc.
- Should be able to Analyze the data received from cross functions and Vendors for various decision making
- Assist in rate analysis & cost negotiations

Drawings Expertise

- Should be well versed in CAD.

Retail knowledge

- Should have designed & executed stores independently, aware of the project cycle and various activities involved
