Tracking Inventory Management Process

- Ensure Ideal stock cover for each product category is maintained
- Dormancy within specified norms
- Pullback within specified norms
- Sell thru reports on Excel for Week1, week2 sales

Being a custodian in formulating the Stock & sale plan

- Product category wise dispatch plan
- Planned Vs actual
- Allocation plan for each store as per dispatch plan and size wise analysis
- Tracking allocation vs. actual dispatches





Integrated Go To Market (IGTM)

- Planning for a successful IGTM story along with VM and design
- Dressing up one key store for the look
- Roll - out across stores

Base stock Management

- Carrying out base stock changes as per sale trend and request from stores.
- Aligning offline base stock with ARS (Online) for effective replenishment.
- Resolving issues pertaining to ARS with IT.

MIS

- Produce monthly and weekly sales and stock reports.
- Producing & Analyzing various review formats - Top & Bottom sellers, Sell Thru, Current Product performance
