India has one of the largest and fastest-growing senior populations in the world, and almost nobody is building seriously for them. We are. Were growing quickly, were adding new destinations and departures, and the team has to grow with it.

The Role

Youll own HR at ElderGo - the whole of it, not a slice of it.

Youll run our hiring end to end: taking our roles to market, finding the people, moving them through the process with the founders, and bringing them on board. Once they join, theyre yours to look after - settling them in, their records and paperwork, attendance and payroll, the exits when they come, and the everyday things that decide whether people stay.

There is no HR function here today. You are it. Which means a outstanding deal of how this works gets decided by you, and youll see the results of your own decisions within weeks rather than years.

Who Youll Work With





Youll work directly with the founders - no layer in between, no waiting for a decision to travel up and back down. They are in the business every day, building it hands-on, and theyll be in the hiring rooms with you.

Every person who joins ElderGo from here on will have come through you. Thats not a small thing in a company thats about to grow several times over.

Who Can Apply

- At least 3 years of hands-on HR experience.
- You should have taken candidates through a full hiring process yourself - not only supported someone else doing it.
- Based in Bengaluru, or ready to be.
