Role Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert sales opportunities into successful closures.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits (where applicable).
- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Candidate Profile

2-8 years of sales experience.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Customer-focused with excellent relationship management abilities.

Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
