About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Azure & Power Platform Administrator to support a Ford customer environment .

The role focuses on Azure and Power Platform administration, environment provisioning, security, ALM/CI-CD, deployments, production support, monitoring, incident resolution, and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

- Provision and administer Azure and Power Platform environments.
- Configure and manage Power Platform environments, solutions and components.
- Support Copilot Studio configuration and administration.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID security, access and permissions.
- Implement and support Power Platform ALM and CI/CD pipelines .
- Manage deployments and release activities across environments.
- Provide Azure infrastructure administration and operational support.




- Monitor system health, performance, capacity and availability.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and provide timely resolution.
- Support security, access administration and governance.
- Perform environment maintenance, upgrades and configuration changes.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, security and business teams.
- Ensure production environments remain reliable, secure and compliant.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Azure Administration, Power Platform Administration, Entra ID Security, Power Platform ALM/CI-CD and Production Support .

Candidates with additional Azure Infrastructure experience and exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio will be preferred.
