Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Obstetrician & Gynaecologist role based at SREE SARAN MEDICAL CENTER in Tiruppur. The role involves providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal management, as well as diagnosis and treatment of gynecological conditions. The professional will perform and assist in gynecologic surgeries and obstetric procedures, manage inpatient and outpatient care,



and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, evidence-based treatment. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, interpreting diagnostic tests, maintaining accurate medical records, counseling patients and families, and participating in clinical rounds. The role may also include involvement in health camps, clinical audits, protocol development, and continuous quality improvement initiatives in line with the center’s mission and standards.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Medicine and clinical decision-making, with the ability to manage complex cases and emergencies.
- Proficiency in Gynecology and Obstetrics, including routine and high-risk pregnancy management, gynecologic disorders, and preventive women’s health services.
- Competence in Surgery and Gynecologic Surgery, including common obstetric and gynecologic operative procedures and post-operative care.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (e.g., MD, MS, DNB or equivalent) and valid medical council registration.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical, patient-centered care, with strong communication, counseling, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a busy hospital environment, including participation in on-call duties, with flexibility and resilience.
- Experience in a multi-specialty
