Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in New Delhi. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts for digital and print materials, including social media assets, marketing campaigns, presentations, and website graphics. The role involves developing and refining logos, branding elements, and typography systems that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with creative, marketing, and strategy teams to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives, prepare files for production, and ensure design consistency across all touchpoints.



Daily responsibilities also include iterating on feedback, maintaining organized design assets, and staying current with design trends and tools to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to produce high-quality visual content for digital and print.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including creating and evolving visual identities that support strategic brand positioning.
- Applied knowledge of Typography, with skill in selecting and pairing typefaces for readability, hierarchy, and aesthetic impact.
- Experience using industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or Figma).
- Ability to interpret briefs, collaborate across teams, and incorporate feedback while maintaining design integrity.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative concepts, attention to detail, and consistency in visual storytelling.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
