About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can translate ideas, campaigns and brand requirements into visually engaging designs across digital, social media, print and event platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, typography, colour, composition and visual storytelling, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced creative workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging graphics for social media, digital campaigns, websites and mobile applications .
- Design creatives for radio campaigns, events, activations, promotions and brand partnerships .
- Develop posters, banners, standees, brochures, presentations, invitations and other print collaterals.
- Create visually compelling content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms .
- Understand campaign briefs and convert concepts into strong visual communication.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, visual identity and communication style.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, programming and sales teams to develop campaign creatives.
- Develop creative concepts and design variations based on client requirements.
- Support the design requirements for on-ground events, school activations,



roadshows and special campaigns .
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats and creative styles .

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator .
- Working knowledge of CorelDRAW, Canva, InDesign or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create designs specifically suited for social media and digital platforms.
- Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to understand briefs and work independently.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments.

Qualifications

- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia or a related field .
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work is required.
