Role & responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Planning:

- Plan and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Develop platform-specific strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Ensure all content aligns with Sera Naturals tone, aesthetics, and positioning.

2. Content Creation & Execution:

- Oversee creation of reels, creatives, and short-form content.
- Write captions, hooks, and scripts aligned with brand voice.
- Coordinate shoots with influencers, models, and creative teams.

3. Community & Engagement:

- Manage comments, DMs, and build an engaged online community.
- Collaborate with nano/micro influencers for organic growth. Maintain consistent and positive brand communication.

4. Campaigns & Collaborations:





- Execute social campaigns aligned with launches and trends.
- Work with influencer, PR, and performance teams for integrated marketing.
- Align organic efforts with e-commerce and marketplace strategies.

5. Analytics & Optimization:

- Track metrics like reach, engagement, and growth.
- Analyze performance and optimize content strategy.
- Share regular reports and insights.

Key Requirements

- 3-6 years of experience in social media or brand marketing.
- Robust content sense, storytelling ability, and understanding of trends.
- Experience managing brand social handles with measurable growth.
