Location: Thane West Wagle Estate (WFO)

Experience: Freshers & Experienced

Salary: Up to 25,000 In-Hand + Incentives

Shift: 7:30 PM 5:30 AM

Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday (subject to change based on business requirements)

Weekly Off: Sunday & Monday / Saturday & Sunday, as per operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound & outbound calls with US customers.
- Understand customer requirements and health insurance eligibility.
- Explain ACA benefits and subsidy plans.
- Assist customers with enrollment in eligible/subsidized health plans.
- Maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines.

Requirements

- Strong to excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Comfortable working in US night shifts.
- Positive customer handling and convincing skills.




- Graduates & Undergraduates can apply.
- International voice process experience is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
